Jack Nguyen: a Canadian Chartered Accountant who has over 20 years of international executive finance experience working in investment banking, fund management, hospitality, education management, health care, hi-tech, and real estate in Canada, the United States, and Vietnam, in both publicly listed and private companies including PWC, Deloitte, Grant Thornton, First Capital Realty, Vina Capital, TMF Group, and Mazars.

Phuc Pham is a 20-year-plus veteran in real estate advisory, investment and development, and one of a few Vietnamese-original real estate professionals with hands-on experience in Vietnam. His expertise ranges widely from Opportunity Identification, Feasibility Studying, Funding Arrangement, Deal Structuring, Acquiring and M&A, Licensing and Local Authority handling, Development, Property Management/ Operation Selection, Sales & Marketing, and Exit. He held numerous senior management/ advisory positions in both publicly listed and private companies including Indochina Capital, Vina Capital, Vietnam Partners LLC, TBS Group and TD Holdings.

Baron Ah Moo has over 30 years of experience in investment, hospitality finance and operations. He currently leads the US hotel consulting practice of PKF and is based in New York. As a recognized expert in emerging markets and cross-border transactions, Baron’s capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and portfolio asset management engagements are global in nature, having lived and worked in four countries in three different continents. During the last two decades, he was the Head of Hotels-Capital Markets for Colliers International based in Hong Kong, COO for the Hotels Division of Lewis Fund Holdings – one of largest family offices in the UK, and CEO of Indochina Hotels and Resorts which managed the largest private portfolio of leisure real estate in Vietnam. Baron holds a Master in Professional Studies from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, USA.

Henry Mai Thanh Hải – Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Hai, an UK chartered Accountant (ACCA, FCCA), who has over 24 years of international executive finance experience working in investment real estate, fund management, hospitality Management, Power Energy, FMCG and EU-GMP pharmaceutical Manufacturing in Vietnam, in both publicly listed and private companies. He was a Financial Controller of Savills Vietnam, Finance Manager of Indochina Capital, Director of Finance of Winsor Hotel, Financial Controller and Country Finance Correspondent of Areva T&D Vietnam, Management Accountant Manager of Nutifood, CEO of Trust Farma International Vietnam and Director of Trust Farma International Ireland UK.. His expertise covers from corporate finance and control, to project finance and investment, M&A, and general management.

Fooh Choon Hee – Managing Director, Investment
Mr. Fooh, a Qualified Engineer (a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia) has more than 30 years of experience in managing various projects related to real estate developments and operations. He had many years of leadership roles in business development, real estate market & feasibility studies, investment, strategy formulation and implementation, project management, contracts negotiation and township management that provided transformation results to companies like Gamuda Land (Vietnam & Malaysia), Naga Resorts & Casinos Ltd (Cambodia), and FACB Group (Malaysia). He had proven track records in spearheading varied projects from inception to finalization such as residential, commercial developments, leisure developments such as hotels & casinos and civil engineering projects. He has an honours degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Malaya, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK as well as a Master Degree in Business Administration in Construction & Real Estate from the University of Reading, UK.
